Love Wine and Cheese provides curated culinary experiences, including but not limited to:

  • private dining experiences

  • wine and cheese tastings

  • event-based culinary services

  • bespoke gastronomic experiences

All services are tailored and subject to availability, location, and individual agreements.

3. Booking & Contract Formation

A booking is considered confirmed when:

  • a written confirmation (email or contract) is issued, and

  • any required deposit or payment is received

We reserve the right to decline or cancel requests at our discretion prior to confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are provided individually based on the requested service and may vary depending on:

  • number of guests

  • location

  • menu and products

  • logistical requirements

Unless otherwise stated:

  • prices are in EUR or USD

  • applicable taxes, travel costs, and additional services may not be included

Payment terms will be specified in the booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our services:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing

  • Deposits may be non-refundable

  • Late cancellations may be subject to full or partial charges

Specific cancellation terms will be defined in your individual booking agreement.

6. Changes & Availability

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • menus

  • ingredients

  • wines

  • service structure

This may occur due to:

  • seasonality

  • product availability

  • supplier changes

Any changes will be of equal or higher quality whenever possible.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • providing accurate event details

  • informing us of allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements

  • ensuring appropriate facilities (kitchen, space, access) where required

We are not liable for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:

  • gross negligence

  • willful misconduct

  • mandatory legal protections under applicable law

9. Health & Safety

We follow professional standards in food handling and preparation.
However, clients must inform us in advance of:

  • allergies

  • intolerances

  • dietary restrictions

We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

  • images

  • branding

  • design
